 Jeny’s Helping Hands is personalized, non-medical support designed to help individuals and families feel safer, more confident, and better supported at home.

I provide practical guidance for people who want to remain independent, families navigating changing needs, and caregivers who could use another set of experienced eyes and helping hands.

My services may include home safety and accessibility guidance, mobility and independent-living support, caregiver and family support, personalized recommendations and planning, legacy projects, and compassionate End-of-Life Doula services.

 What I am not is a home health agency, medical provider, or replacement for licensed healthcare professionals. I do not diagnose or treat medical conditions, provide skilled nursing care, prescribe or administer medications, or replace the advice of your physician, therapist, or other healthcare provider.

Instead, I help identify needs, explore options, create practical solutions, and connect the pieces—while keeping the individual and their family at the center of every decision.

Sometimes you don’t need another agency. You simply need someone knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable to help you figure out what comes next.
